There are three young Redtailed Hawks on a fallen tree right behind one of the cabins. They're fascinating to watch!

A doe and her fawn have been frequently seen grazing in the meadow.

We've had a lot of ice pellets over the last few days so we have ice-covered roads. They didn't stick to the power lines, however, so we still have power to run those whirlpool jets!

What a beautiful spring here! Nearly 50 Redbud trees are in bloom as well as the Crabapple and Dogwood trees. The Bluebell wildflowers are also in full view throughout the woods. Mushroom hunting season will be here soon.

It's definitely been a white winter here! The guests are enjoying watching it snow as they sit by the glow of the fireplace.

We've seen several deer on the property as the fall harvest continues.

It's been a beautiful fall here! Many of the trees we have planted over the years are showing their red color.

The Redbud trees are in full bloom again and the Prairiefire Crabapple tree is beautiful! There are baby cardinals in an evergreen tree in front of the cabin.

We saw a barred owl and a deer right behind one of the cabins today. We frequently hear the owls but had never seen one before. The bluebell wildflowers are in full bloom in the woods.
