Cabins&Candlelight

The Redbud trees are in full bloom again and the Prairiefire Crabapple tree is beautiful! There are baby cardinals in an evergreen tree in front of the cabin.

We saw a barred owl and a deer right behind one of the cabins today. We frequently hear the owls but had never seen one before. The bluebell wildflowers are in full bloom in the woods.

A frisky fox has been hunting in the meadow in front of the cabins for the last few days.

There were 3 pileated woodpeckers behind the cabins today. Every so often, we see one, but it was amazing to see three beautiful birds together.

We've been seeing a group of 6-7 deer as they make their way across the meadow down to Sugar Creek.
